Време беше да направя коледния шопинг за тази година. Посетих големият магазин Kärkkäinen в град Лахти във Финландия, от където успях да взема почти всички коледни подаръци.

Какво ли ще донесе Дядо Коледа на приятелите ми тази година?

След магазина Kärkkäinen, посетих супермаркета K-Citymarket в град Ярвенпаа, за да купя останалите подаръци. Този магазин е спечелил наградата за най-добър супермаркет в света. Там има голямо разнообразие от японски продукти, които са любимите на едни мои приятели от Естония. Реших да ги изненадам за Коледа с нетипични деликатеси за Европа.

След това бях много гладен и отидох в град Керава, в ресторант, наречен Provencale. Хапнах много вкусно в наистина автентична среда. Този ресторант е най-старият ресторант в Керава.

Този натоварен съботен ден завърши с адреналин в аеродинамичния тунел на Fööni. Там успях да летя сам (и с известна помощ от инструктора). Все още уча техниката, но се справих страхотно.

Hello friends. Last week I promised to you that the next video would be different from what I usually make. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and take you with me to show you what a day off is like for me.

For those who don’t know, I live in Finland and am currently located here. Now I am going to a big store where I will buy gifts because I need to buy a lot of them. It is of the similar as JUMBO, but with very nice and quality products.

I also have to buy things for work. Then I’ll go to work to drop things off and eat. I will show you an interesting dish, as well as tell you the recipe for it. The climax of the video will be at the end when I visit FÖÖNI flight tunnel.

It is a large glass tube where wind blows at about 200-300 km/h and I will fly in it. This experience is interesting, and the adrenaline is at a very high. I was there in January too, then I got the flight as my birthday gift.

I decided to go there once more this year and shoot a vlog from there. I want to show it to you because there are only a few pipes like it in the world. In this video I also want to thank you that thanks to you, last month…

I promise you next year a lot of new videos, with a new concept and filmed with a new technique. Everything will be even nicer. After a long search for a parking space, we are already in front of my paradise, Kärkkäinen. When I’m here, I usually empty my bank account quite well.

We’ll see if that happens this time too. At the end, I will also tell you how much money was spent on the gifts. The Christmas flower in Finland is Amaryllis and shops are always full of them at Christmas.

There is a department for sauna here, because there are over 3 million saunas in Finland after all. I have to buy some sauna aromas, because bottles are empty at home. The citrus one is very nice and the red berry one is my favorite. It’s probably a cranberry.

This Christmas decoration is very traditional in Finland. I guess that is a deer. I don’t know what the prices of baby things are in Bulgaria, but look at the prices of pacifiers, for example. The prices of diapers are 13 euros, but they are small packages, 34 diapers.

You can write as a comment what the prices are in your home country. For one children I chose panda. Overall for 4 children we must have gifts. One is bought, now the panda and we have to get two more. 12 euros cost the panda. Last year, I bought this Pikachu for my niece.

It was singing, tail was glowing, and so were its ears. Last year it was 30 something euros, and this year it is already 50 euros. The next gift is this one. It is for making ice cream, as there is a recipe in the box.

It costs 20 euros. I think it is a pretty good gift. The last gift will be Lego Minecraft. He likes to play this game a lot. It’s a very pointless game for me, but… That will be it and the price is 18.90 euros. This Lego collection is very nice.

I have this bouquet at home. There are also bonsai and orchid. For the new videos, I need such a light-ring. But I’m sure I can find it cheaper online. The price is 47 euros and the bottom one is 37 euros. There are smaller ones, but those won’t help me.

The one gift I chose, is a set with glasses and a whiskey bottle. The next gift is such a pan of Tefal, as well as a lid. The cover is from another producer, but I don’t think it is a problem.

If you live in Finland, this brand “Maku” is very nice and their prices are quite reasonable. For one lady, we got a gift from the Canary Islands, but she really likes to bake bread, so I also took a silicone pan like this. For work, I have to buy such carafe.

The price is 8.40 euros and I think I will buy ten pieces. I have to buy some of glass’es too. 4 pieces are 5.68 euros. I have to buy about 15 boxes. This is what the shopping cart looks like so far. I have to buy some plates too.

Here are plates for desserts I took, as well as such a container for storing cakes. Shopping at this store has ended. I still need to buy gifts for 2 persons.

In the end, I decided that I would go to the supermarket to buy various Japanese products, because they are very fond of such exotic things. When they visit us, they usually buy similar products from here. There will also be a walking tour in the supermarket.

So far I have spent about 160 euros in this store for gifts. I was shocked how much the prices have increased. For products for work, I expected the bill to be around 250 euros, but it turned out to be 372 euros. The boss will take me to lunch 🙂

Boss, if you’re watching this video, because I know you do sometimes, I’m sorry, but these things were necessary. We are now going to the supermarket, then to eat and finally to FÖÖNI. In 2019, this store won the “Best Supermarket in the World” award. Look how cute bear and koala sleepwear they sell here.

I will buy friends some lemonade like that, because they like it very much. It’s 2.39 euros. I don’t think it’s much for a Japanese product. There are also Japanese beers here, but I won’t buy them because I don’t know exactly what they like. The second thing I will take is Japanese mayonnaise.

As a rule, I don’t like mayonnaise, but I decided to try it once. I didn’t like it, but friends say it’s good. 7 euros is the price. They like potato chips. Look which I found with Teriyaki flavor. I will take it. 3 euros are those potato chips.

They like Mochi a lot. It’s a good selection here. I don’t know if it’s translated to bulgarian too. Strawberry costs 3.50 euros. I will also take them with some other flavor.

The second is with kiwi taste. I hope they like the gift, because we agreed that this year it will be more low-budget gifts. Time for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack. All rolled into one, because today I haven’t eaten anything yet.

I had a glass of red wine. It’s a bad idea before flying, but the wine is only 120 ml. Nice Argentinian wine. And look, what I ordered. Oven baked chicken fillet with parmesan and herb butter. There is also tomato compote, as the Finns call it. And mashed potatoes.

Gonna give it a try, because I love parmesan chicken so much. Very tasty. Put the chicken with the parmesan in the oven. On a pan, roast tomatoes with onions and spices. This is usually served with saffron risotto, but since I don’t like this spice, I ordered it with potatoe puree.

Now I eat and then we go to the FÖÖNI flight-tunnel. I’m happy that I was able to buy some gifts. I love giving gifts, but it’s always extremely difficult for me to choose them. I also bought for everyone a gift from the Canary Islands. So everything is ready now.

This year I decided to do everything at the last minute. Now I drive to Helsinki and go to FÖÖNI. As I drive, I want to tell you about this flight-tunnel. Beginners are flying between 3 and 5 minutes. I am one of them because I only went there once as I said before.

50 euros costed my flight, because I used discounts from a friend. I lied to you. It’s 65 euros. Not 50. 50 euros is for 4 minutes and I have 5 minutes and it costs 65 euros.

I will enter the tunnel for three times. The first time is one minute and the other two are two minutes each. I will have an instructor with me at all times. On the third fly we will fly together and fly high as well as do some spins in the tube.

If you are in Finland, you must visit FÖÖNI flight-tunnel. However, there you must have a time reservation in advance. We wanted to go on a weekday, but there were no available times. There were only two free seats for this evening.

We registered. We wait a little more and we will go to instructor. I’m already starting to feel a little scared, but no problem.

5 minutes I will fly this time. I’m going to the instructor and after the flight I’ll tell you how much the adrenaline went up, as well as what my impressions are this time. Adrenaline was almost at maximum.

I loved it. I had three flights. First was 1 minute and the other two were 2 minutes. The second flight went well, but on the third I hurt myself a bit. You just saw, I haven’t cut anything from the video.
