Cajun-Style Chicken Dirty Rice with Smoky Red Pepper Crema

I’d rank this one a 7.5/10. The sausage and spices were lavorful but I think it had too much onion. Next time I’d put less than the recommended half onion, but it probably depends on how big the onion is

Plus the smoky red pepper crema didn’t have much flavor, tasted closer to plain sour cream

One thing I loved about this one was that it stretched into 4 meals instead of 2. Tons of leftovers!
