Made this with the bone from our christnas leg ham, and veggies we had in the fridge – potato, Celery, onion & Carrot.

Plus thyme, bayleaves & cream

    Simmered ham bone for 3 hours with bayleaves, thyme, onions, Celery & Carrot.

    Removed bone, cut off any excess meat and put back in.

    Added cubed potatoes and simmered until cooked.

    Used a stick blender to blend some of it up and then added cream.

    Pepper to taste.
