Left: un-named hot peppers (if anyone knows, please share!), olive oil, lemon juice garlic and spices. Tastes mostly of fresh peppers which I love. Hot, but not unbearable.
Right: reapers, red wine vinegar, tomatoes + spices. Pretty acidic but well rounded thanks to the red wine vinegar. Tastes great, very hot.

I LOVE the left one. It’s amazing. Don’t know the peppers but I might write to the company after the Holidays for a custom order. The owner is a real pepper head. It’s decently hot as well and the oil is a nice touch. Great sauce.
Don’t like the right one much, but it’s a very decent reaper sauce. Not my jam, glad you enjoy it.
Their very hot chipotle one (Chaude boucane extreme) is also one of the best chipotle sauces I’ve ever had. You should check it out.
