That’s egg gravy! Not that I have any problem with it…

Steak looks amazing. I feel like the eggs would have only taken away from that.

Looks great. Would be better if you just put the steak and eggs seperately. Them eggs have no business being spread on there

Can’t understand people who hate wet eggs I am Asian tho

Eggs could have been scrambled more – bits of white visible – but otherwise look great. People saying they’re too runny are misguided. If done properly (tons of butter) eggs like this are so good.
As for the eggs on top of the steak – might not be what I would do, but I think it’s totally valid as an experiment. Most people on this sub have zero tolerance for anything new done with their steak and it’s a shame.

Beat your eggs more. And you should get less of a grainy curd even with the Ramsay recipe. They should be an even color and have fluffy curds that don’t run when plated.
So beat your eggs harder, and then stir more gently, with a bit more heat in the pan. I also find that the on/off heat method is more foolproof but inferior to low, consistent heat. It’s too easy to overwork the eggs if you’re cooking that long, that low, and moving around that much.

That looks fucking divine

I’ll take the rib eye, leave the eggs.

that is blue rare and raw egg
Dull_Present506
Those eggs are straight liquid!

There is too much cheese on the steak. It’s not cooked incorrectly. It’s just not great when put together. The steak is perfection. The ratio of cheese and egg on the steak just isn’t right.
