  7. used to only do all beef franks in the deep fryer. these days, put in shallow diagonal cuts along two sides of each, throw them in the air fryer on 375-400 for 10-12 minutes and enjoy.

  8. You might like a Brit Chip shop staple, Battered Sausage, which is a large Sausage coated in batter and deep fried, bit of Ketchup or Chippy style curry sauce and its bloody lovely.
