This is the third year I’ve faithfully Food Lab’d my prime rib roast to excellent results. Started with a 3-bone and now doing a 6-bone, it’s great to have leftovers. I love the confidence my favorite and most used cook book has given me with this expensive cut of meat and many other dishes.

How long did yours take? and how much did it weigh? I always struggle with timing while making this. It always takes way longer than I was expecting.
