
This is quick kimchi, not fermented. Still proud being my first time as a born and bred Canadian.
I plan to do a full fermentation sometime this week with an oongi. Thinking cabbage, white radish and lots of spice 😉
For this recipe if anyone wondering I used the following:
1 cabbage, carrots.
Rice paste, 1 yellow oinion, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 green oinion, half an Asian pear, gochugaru flakes, and gochujung.
