decided I was gonna make breakfast burritos and that these would be the perfect base.
after posting my christmas prime rib the other night, I was highly encouraged to try out these potatoes as well. that was a very good call.
halfway through, I decided that I was too lazy and would just make a plate of leftovers (which turned out pretty fantastic).
these are going to be made entirely too often in my house. thank you for bringing them into my life!
