I made this 4 layered chocolate cake with swiss meringue! for me and my friends birthday!
it weighed in at 3,8kg (8,37 lbs) it was a heavy ass cake
the layers are filled with:
dark chocolate swiss meringue with chili and orange zest
swiss meringue caramelised white chocolate and lemon zest
mascarpone whipped cream with lemon zest
it’s coated in a dark chocolate buttercream with a hint of coffee and orange zest to enhance the flavours in the cake!
decorated with a dark chocolate genasch, mascarpone whipped cream, blackberries, figs and shaved caramelised white chocolate!
on the sides there’s orange milk chocolate crisps!
