Give the clerk a black-tie apron and a gold-plated scoop and you can charge double. What you save in cups and cones can go to your new full-time mopping position.

   Hell, make it ultra-premium and lay a sheet of gold foil on the hand before the ice cream! You can charge another $20 *and* it’ll make everything melt just a little bit faster!

   Make them sign waivers, warning of the high risk of Brain Freeze. People eat that shit up.
