2 tbsp minced garlic
6 ounces dry white wine
14oz coconut cream or heavy cream
*optional fresh grated parmesan cheese
fresh chopped parsley (If Dairy-Free Use Violife Parmesan)

Welcome back my name is caitlin and today we are making creamy garlic shrimp This recipe makes around four to six servings first let’s get a pan going over medium heat we’re going to add a touch of oil just enough to coat the pan and we’re going to add our shrimp in i’m using raw shrimp that i have already peeled and deveined you can also take
The tails off but i kept mine on just for the beauty of the b-roll we’re also going to season the shrimp with salt and pepper on both sides Shrimp cooks very quick so they’ll only need about one to two minutes on each side Once your shrimp are pink and cooked through transfer them to another dish and set aside and if you’re not a fan of seafood you can always sub out the shrimp for chicken or steak it’s just as delicious we’re going to keep the same pan going on medium heat and we’re going to add
Some butter i’m using a dairy free butter but you could also substitute for oil instead next we’re going to add around 2 tablespoons of minced garlic saute the garlic for 30 seconds and then we’re going to pour in 3 4 cup or 6 ounces of dry white wine you want something like a
Savion block or pinot grigio or a chardonnay you could also use the white cooking wine you find on the oil aisle at the grocery store now allow the wine to simmer and reduce to half now we’re going to add 14 ounces or 1 3 4 cup of coconut cream
This is the kind that i’m using it’s a fantastic dairy-free replacement for heavy cream but if you do consume dairy you could also use heavy cream once we’ve added the cream turn down the heat and let it simmer now we’re going to season with some salt and fresh ground
Black pepper to taste and i’m adding some fresh grated parmesan cheese the kind i’m using is actually vegan it’s the same brand i used in the pesto recipe video but adding the cheese is totally optional i’ve made this without it and it’s still incredible here’s where we’re going to add our shrimp back
Into the pan Top with some fresh chopped parsley and enjoy i love pairing this recipe with rice pasta or veggies and there you go easy delicious creamy garlic shrimp this recipe is so good everyone’s gonna think you had a restaurant make it but you didn’t it’s restaurant quality

You saved my life💆 I try to do the same as you but I had no wine and no coconut milk so substituted with chicken broth and to thicken it I use a spoon of all-purpose flour and lemon and it came out delicious but I will try it your way next just had to cook in a hurry🤷🏻 looking forward more of your cooking
