I got hot sauces from a bunch of friends and family, too.
Problem is, I’m picky with my hot sauces. The kind that comes in those big kits are normally crap.

I like to think of it as being gifted bottles for when I make my own. I figure pouring them out and using the bottles is better than just throwing it all in the trash
