    Not sure if you used semolina flour but for sure you should try some different shape like gnocchetti sardi.
    Tagliatelle are good for egg pasta, but with semolina pasta without eggs there are a lot more shapes to try. Experiment. Still a good result

    Looks great. I too recently started making my own pasta. It’s such a fulfilling feeling.
