27F, 191lbs, 5’9”. Finally starting a 1500 cal deficit with strict discipline and working out 5-6 times a week, a mix of HIIT class and lifting. This will be the last time I start over again!

    Opinion not asked but wanted to say that at your height and activity level, 1500 is a bit low tbh, you’re gonna end up starving yourself which brings other problems.

    I’d look into body recomposition if i were you as your body looks good as it is
