Hi guys welcome back to our Channel So today we’re going to be learning how to make some fluffy and delicious looking pancakes from the scratch and without wasting your time let us get straight into this starting with the ingredients you need your all-purpose flour if you

Can get just one egg bring it out you need some sugar you need some baking powder guys and this is what the baking powder looks like okay we need a pinch of salt and some vanilla extract for that flavor and some melted butter and of course some milk so because I want

This to be as detailed as possible I’m going to show you guys how to make your melted butter just in case so you’re going to place your pan on medium it and then add some margarine or your butter I’m using margarine the Simas margarine just leave it on low it till it is

Melted uh-huh now that is how to get your melted butter now for the milk you can use any type of meat that you have the evaporated milk but usually I like to turn my powdered milk into liquid I you can do this by just mixing about 3

Tbsp of your milk your regular milk with about a cup of water okay warm water actually so that it can dissolve on time so just mix it together and then you have it your milk is ready so guys we have all our ingredients on point it’s

Time for us to mix together hey so you’re going to get your normal flour your all-purpose flour so just go to any cake shop and tell them you want to get some flour for cake for your pancake okay then you’re going to get a sieve like this and then sift your flour into

A bowl and the reason why we’re doing that is that we are trying to make the flour the dry ingredients basically make it lighter remove any form of particles or dirt from it and just make it you know easy to work with Okay so as you

Can see I sifted in the baking powder the salt and now I just added sugar and this is the cup that I use to measure the flour as usual you guys I’m going to put the full list of the ingredients in the description so just make sure you

Check it okay I got you covered now we’re going to mix all the dry ingredients together this is our Andrea ingredient now we have to introduce our wet ingredients are you guys following this is actually very very simple to make so guys remember we are trying to

Make some fluffy pancakes and one of the best way to achieve that is by separating your egg yolk from the egg whites and to do that you just have to drill that all on top of the egg big enough for the white to come out and for

The yolk to stay inside if that is making sense and I just get the white out and then make sure that the yolk is still inside now we are going to beat this egg white you’re going to beat it very very well with either your fork or an electric

Hand mixer like this one preferably an and mix out because if you use a fork your hand is going to paint you but it’s it’s achievable and the reason why we are doing this is because we want our pancake batter to be very light to be

Very fluffy and Airy okay so if you don’t have a mixer like this you can just use a fork or just keep this step completely it’s still going to come out delicious anyway so remember our dry ingredient is still in the bowl we are going to drop the remaining egg yolk we

Are going to add some milk okay we are going to add some melted butter these are just the wet ingredients and we’re going to add some vanilla extract to give it that nice aromant taste but it’s optional if you can’t get it now you’re going to now mix everything together

With a whisk are you guys following because I really want you to get this pancake pin once and for all especially if you have been struggling or you want it how did they make all these things just pay close attention and just to come out exactly like this or even better okay So we just use the Whisk to mix this batter for few seconds and because we don’t want to over mix it we are going to use a spatula to just gently fold it in scrape all the edges just so that we can have a very nice you know butter now

We are going to now fold in that egg white the one we whipped earlier and just put it in gently and then fold it don’t don’t over mix okay it’s okay for you to have lumps in your butter so just gently fold it in especially this part

This part where you’ve added the egg whites we don’t want the egg white to just cut out or melt anyhow so just carefully fold it in in a way that you’re assisting the egg whites still floating inside the butter that is making sense now our butter is

Ready to fry okay remember not to over mix your butter so guys if you’re still watching this can you tell us where you’re watching this from in the comment section so that I can give you a hug and a shout out in our next video okay so

Now we have to fry and to be honest you need a non-stick pan but you can always use what you have but preferably a non-stick pan because it it helps your your pancake to come out looking better okay now you’re going to get a small cup

Or maybe a spoon and then with your non-stick pan on medium to know it okay you are then going to pour this in starting from the Middle Point okay so don’t be moving your hand around as if you’re trying to mix and bakery and then we do just stay in one position

Especially if you want your pancakes to come out looking round and really nice so just stay in that same point and then gently spread it round okay from that same Middle Point just pay attention to the way I’m doing this it is very very easy to make Did you see what we did so we covered this up and left this to cook for about three minutes okay and you would know that your pancake is ready to flip when you start seeing bubbles on top can you see the bubble on top of the pancake and

Hey you know it’s ready to flip so I’m going to flip it over and then cook the other side as well you can also cover your pan if you want to and at this point your pancake your first pancake is ready you guys congratulations you just

Learned how to make a very fluffy and delicious pancakes that everybody would love especially your family members and your loved ones hey they will love it now we’re going to repeat the same for the other butter so the measurement in this video will give you about 4 medium

Sized pancakes okay so if you want more pancake you just have to double the measurements and the ingredients like that and make sure you put an eye on it too because we don’t want burnt offering pancakes my nose almost looking like that because I forgot at some point that

I was still cooking I was just scrolling on Instagram watching those funny videos so at the end of the day this is where we have for medium size looking not too ugly pancakes fluffy pancakes trust me Guys these are so good now you’re going to arrange your

Pancakes on your plates if you don’t want to serve somebody you will not get some strawberries and some blueberries if you can get it to it it’s not compost real but just to make the pancake look pretty okay because you’re going to be decorating this pancake with this

Strawberry now this particular one you can cut one into two you can leave one like that anyhow you want to do it so right now we’re going to use this strawberry to decorate sorry to garnish the pancakes a hair we are going to now add it to the way I’m positioning them

You have to be very very strategic especially if you’re going to be serving maybe somebody’s son yeah they’re going to just mix the colors with some blueberries so that it’s giving you this black and red if you have some green seedless grape oh yeah put it for that color blocking

Popping effect now the last thing we’re going to be adding is this syrup they call it pancake syrup you can get this from any Supermarket ShopRite ebano they will always have it and then you’re going to just slowly drizzle the syrup on top of the pancake now that Christmas

Is Almost Here and you have to try this recipe because your family members will beg you for more so guys it’s a wrap Please Subscribe and I’ll see you in our next video bye bye
