


Roasted garlic zucchini and red pepper with tapenade, (on just a thin scraping of mayo because the veggies are still a bit olive oily,) brie, leftover Christmas ham, and balsamic drizzle on a lightly buttered bun. The bright balsamic and creamy brie nicely balanced the salty ham and tapenade, and the cheese was perfectly oozily melted!

I just use the foreman grill. Looks good though
Flip the bread inside out, then panini. I like it that way.
