I entertained family two nights in a row. Each party was rather small, with three people one night and five the next.
This year I was excited to make my first and second board. Although, the shopping was challenging. Trying to figure how much to buy and trying not to over buy and have tons of leftovers. You want to offer a beautiful variety but it’s hard to buy just the right amount esp meat and cheese. Luckily Whole Foods had an olive bar which helped me eye out how many to scoop up.
I try to each relatively healthy so having tons of meat and cheese left overs is challenging. I posted my first board on here from party one and this is one is from party two. Love this page and the creativity you bring to the boards!!
