Morning you could use it as a meal replacement you could use it as a pre-workout shake you could use it as a post-workout shake also for all of you hard gainers out there this is a great way to add calories to your meal plans I

Use it for example I’m trying to add a few more calories to my meal plans and instead of just doing a protein shake I do a smoothie I don’t do one you know three times a day but I like to do you know at least once a day because again

It’s going to add more calories but enough talking about it let me show you how to make all right so let’s make this smoothie it’s going to be a strawberry banana protein smoothie so what you’re going to need I have unsweetened almond milk you could use regular milk in this

Case though I’m using the unsweetened almond milk a Danone Light & Fit Greek yogurt strawberry banana I have a bag of frozen strawberries then I also have several frozen bananas that all I did was remove the peel place them in a freezer bag and let them sit overnight

And also last but not least of course we have the optimum nutrition gold standard whey vanilla ice cream flavor so what we’re going to start off with oh of course we had e blender as well so we’re going to start off with is the almond milk eight ounces

Now go then we’re going to add the Greek yogurt we’re going to add strawberries and one whole banana I break in half last but not least of course a little protein all right then I’m just going to place the lid on the blender and my blender

Has a smoothie button so I’m just going to go ahead and push that and there you go on most cooking shows they talk about you know how beautiful the color is look at that color guys so vibrant so beautiful pull this up here alright guys but that is it that is my strawberry

  1. Please answer this what should I do there was no strawberry banana yogurt so o bought each one separately so how should incorporate them into my smoothie half of each or both of them and double all my ingredients but I don't think o can drink that much

  2. i prefer to slice my banans and strawberries and add ice and whole milk for dem extra gainz, also plain yogurt (preferably greek) and a side of lettuce. The fiber helps with absorbing nutrients. Fam.

  3. I used 5 strawberries, 1 banana, half of avocado, 1% milk, 2 scoops of whey protein and ice for my post workout smoothie. Iโ€™m planning to make this variation one day! Thanks for the video!

  5. Throwing some oats in a smoothie is a great addition. Oats are extremely healthy and you canโ€™t even taste them in the smoothie.
