Ingredients:

200 g rolled oats / 2.22 ( ~ 2 1/4) cups
25 g cocoa / 3.33 ( ~ 3 1/4) tbsp [or 10 tsp]
3 g baking soda / 0.63 tsp
5 g baking powder / 1 tsp
pinch of salt
3 medium bananas (240 g without peel)
2 medium eggs
70 ml sunflower oil / 4.73 tbsp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80 ml maple syrup / 5.5 tbsp
50 g chocolate drops / 5 tbsp

baking dish 26 x 9 cm / 10 x 3 1/2 inches
bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C / 356°F

  2. Hello from Singapore! I would like to substitute maple syrup with an extra banana for sweetness or should I add an egg instead? I do not want more sugary stuffs like honey/agave/maple syrup added.
