Mushroom lamb satay rissoles

    Recipe :

    11 button mushrooms chopped fine

    1 pouch of stir-fry sauce [satay chicken 110g]

    5tb basil, 4tb celery seed, 3tb sesame seed

    ½ carrot cut into small pieces

    2tb soaked overnight fenugreek seeds crushed

    1 cup boiled water and given a good stirring

    4 rissoles carefully submerged using a spoon to move away underneath and made covered by the liquid

    Left for 90 minutes on high (1.5litre slow cooker)

    Added more sesame seed and chives to serve.
