Some days I’m really busy (most days if im being honest) and I don’t have time to cook. On those days I eat a lot of prepackaged foods. We see all over the internet beautiful, fancy “what I eat in a day” meals, I want you to know you don’t need to put hours into cooking, you don’t need to eat only pretty meals and If all you have energy for Is prepackaged meals thats totally okay.
Sure you could sit here and say “well that’s a lot of processed foods” but I would reply back with I’m pretty sure it

Those lean cuisine meals are clutch. I have a bunch in my freezer for days when I’m short on calories come dinner time but still need to eat something, always gets the job done.
