What I eat in a busy Day – Prepackaged Food Edition 1331 calories

    Some days I’m really busy (most days if im being honest) and I don’t have time to cook. On those days I eat a lot of prepackaged foods. We see all over the internet beautiful, fancy “what I eat in a day” meals, I want you to know you don’t need to put hours into cooking, you don’t need to eat only pretty meals and If all you have energy for Is prepackaged meals thats totally okay.

    Here’s my day of only prepackaged foods:

    **Breakfast:**

    Triple Chocolate MacroMug – 199 Calories

    Coffee with milk and sugar – 77 Calories

    **Mid-morning Snack:**

    Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal – 100 Calories

    **Lunch:**

    Lean Cusine 5 Cheese Rigatoni – 360 Calories

    **Afternoon Snacks:**

    Tootsie Rolls: 6 pieces – 140 Calories

    **Dinner:**

    Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo – 190

    **Night Snacks:**

    200ml of white wine- 165 calories

    Popcorn mini bag- 100 calories

    Total: 1331 calories.

    Sure you could sit here and say “well that’s a lot of processed foods” but I would reply back with I’m pretty sure it is far better than the 4000 calories a day of pure junk I was eating.

    Love those Tootsie Rolls, they help curb cravings while also just tasting damn good. Nice day of meals!

    Love it, but for me after the wine, I would eat the rest of the bag of tootsie rolls. Wish it wasn’t true but I did that exactly last night but with Hershey kisses- yikes!! Only mega protein meals curbs that for me.
