Today, I want to share with you a recipe for one of the delicious, traditional dishes called “Eggplant Dolma” or Stuffed Eggplant. This dish is prepared in various ways in different cities, and you can also use potatoes, tomatoes, and bell peppers alongside eggplant to make a delightful combination. In this video, I have shown you how to make a mouthwatering and belly-filling Eggplant Dolma. I highly recommend trying it and enjoying its delicious taste.
“Dolmeh” is a Turkish word that means “stuffed,” and it refers to a category of dishes. Dolmeh Barge Mo, Dolmeh Filfel Dolmei, Kadoo Sabz, and Gojeh Farangi are different variations of dolmeh. However, the unique flavor of eggplant has made Eggplant Dolma the most popular type of dolmeh. This delicious dish is considered one of the best traditional Iranian foods and is often served at gatherings due to its appealing appearance. You can also serve Eggplant Dolma as finger food. Typically, it is prepared by stuffing eggplants. The filling ingredients inside the eggplant are similar to other types of dolmeh.

Now go to the following steps:
First, chop and fry the onion. We add a little garlic to it. Then we add turmeric and spices to it. When the onion is fried, add the meat. Then we add aromatic vegetables, a little paste and salt and pepper. And we mix all the ingredients together. Then we take the ingredients little by little with a spoon and pour them into the eggplant that we have emptied before. We wrap the scab. and pour some fried paste with water and meat as a sauce on the dolma until it cooks
