    *Recipe (5-6 servings)*

    Ingredients

    – Croaker 700g

    – Radish 450g

    – 3 sheets of kelp

    – 1 medium-sized onion

    – 5 green peppers

    – 2 red peppers

    – 1 green onion

    – 1/2 bunch of parsley

    Instructions

    (Preparation)

    1. Cut the radish into thick slices.

    2. Slice the onion thickly, and roughly cut the peppers and green onions.

    3. Cut the parsley into large pieces.

    4. Cleanly remove the fins from the croaker and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    ​

    (Making Broth)

    5. In a pot, add radish, 3 sheets of kelp, and fill the pot with a 5:1 ratio of rice water and water.

    6. Increase the heat to medium and bring it to a boil with radish and kelp.

    7. Once the water is boiling, remove the kelp, add croaker and onion, and simmer for about 40 minutes.

    8. Remove foam occasionally to make a clear broth.

    (Cooking)

    9. Add two spoons of minced garlic to the clarified broth.

    10. Add green and red peppers, and green onions, and cook.

    11. After about 7 minutes, when the green and red peppers, and green onions are cooked, season it, add parsley, and finish.
