ITALIAN PASTA AND CAPRESE in a pot on medium heat, add… one teaspoon olive oil bring to a boil eight ounces Dolomiti felicetti which is half of the bag stir to ensure the felicetti does’t stick to itself cook for nine minutes one roma tomato slice in quarter inch thickness
Remove and discard the ends eight ounces sliced mozzarella eight leaves basil pasta should be firm yet soft strain the pasta eleven ounces Agromonte pasta sauce cook for one minute on two plates, layer the tomato, mozzarella, basil place strained pasta with the sauce reduce the heat and toss the pasta
