To make it:

Iraqi Dolma
For the vegetables:
4-6 medium round onions
3-4 small tomatoes3-4 small zucchinis3-4 small eggplants
4-6 sweet peppersA bunch of chard leaves or grape leaves450g frozen broad beans

For the stuffing900g minced meat (80% lean, 20% fat)
2 large onions, minced
100g rice2 garlic cloves (optional)4 tbsp tomato paste3 tsp salt
Pepper6-8 tbsp pomegranate molasses
My signature mixture:
2 cups water
125gm tbsp tomato paste
100gm pomegranate molasses
2 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp olive oil (optional- if your meat isn’t 20% fat then add this)
Other ingredients:
4-6 pcs beef or lamb ribsMango pickle and pita bread (optional)
