Making breakfast and I get to talking so here I am now in the kitchen and uh my coffee is doing its thing got my salad dressing out I am cooking I was cooking while the other video was premiering and um I’m not sure if I’m going to do a mukbang here

Today is what I’m not sure of getting some I was getting some uh what is it called Co slow out of the refrigerator so let me just sit you right here my fish is about done and I’m going to finish up this meal I got some peppers here I’m fresh

Out of onion let me turn this fish down I use the flour today I know you can’t tell it people just a minute I should have already put this uh Co in here I’ve been I’ve taken to uh cooking my co fall I eat it raw sometimes but

It’s better on my uh digestive system it seems uh if I have it cooked so today I decided I wanted to have last night I decided I I wanted to have Peppers peppers and the peppers in my castal having my lamp to put it back where it belongs so

Yeah I know you see a whole bunch of fat rolls I don’t try to hide them I got a lot of them but um I have been exercising and I have been eating uh a whole lot healthier trying to get this body to uh yeah something’s going on over there

On the other wall I was like it sounded like it was going to come through my kitchen sink so anyway let me turn this up cook it a little bit and put this fish which I’m sure is done so what I what I was saying was um

Yeah trying to get this body to get myself to be healthier and get this body to look better is what I’m trying to do I’m only doing it for many people for Better Health let all about that is all the is is about yeah I need to rescue this fish real

Quick I’m just going to set it on some parchment paper yeah I like my fish well done too so there’s my fish this one is blackened and this one is done the right way so flip it over so you can see the good side okay but all that dark stuff’s going to taste

Good anyway um that’s my fish let me turn this off I have uh you see starting off with my new doctor this year starting off with my new doctor this year when I went to the doctor doctor’s office I weighed in at 252 lb I weighed in at 252 lb

And my second visit was December the 20th I waited about a month so November the 20 let’s go with November the 20th for my first visit with my doctor his uh I think it’s very good at what she does she might not be working at the best facility but she’s a very good

Doctor so anyway when I weighed in I weighed in at 252 lbs and although you might not be able to see the weight loss and I don’t see it myself uh I am now down to 233 lb so I’m down to 233 lb out of the 250

Zone so that’s a decent amount I think of weight to have uh to have lost and you have to understand that before when I was 252 lbs I was eating whole cakes I ate a whole cake the night before my first visit with her I just

Ate it in the whole I left about it this much less than a serving and I went back and and finished it plus I had you know some greasy cheeseburgers two thick greasy cheeseburgers and I had like a half a pound of french fries I had all kinds of

Food and I walked into her office and I just told her the truth about it I’m hearing noises could be a maintenance man working on something sounds like a plumbing problem we’re probably going to lose the water so anyway um yeah 252 lbs when I got on the

Scale second time I went in there I got on the scale and I was 20 and 247 lb and now I’m 233 lb and I weigh myself in two places and I weigh myself always in the morning and uh yeah and I made sure that my scale was like theirs cuz the weight

That they had on their scale I came home home and I weighed myself and it was a pound a pound off a pound and some change off so I know that my scale and their scale is giving the proper reading but yes even though I still got all these

Rolls and stuff I am uh I’m losing weight is what I’m doing got my little thing in my bucket I’m losing weight I got a a long way to go wear my knee brace I need to start uh wearing my wrist guards the rest guards are a pain in the

Behind because I wash my hand 10 my hands 10,000 times a day so the W guards are pain in in in the ass but you know got to do what you got to do so I got that soft and that’s really all that I wanted to do so I’m going to turn this

Down super low so yeah I need something put that in this is my uh let so sit it in the freeer so I got my coffee that’s uh that’s ready I don’t need this anymore I like to get rid of the Fish Grease immediately so what was I saying um I was saying

That I was talking about my weight loss progress people it’s just no bread I have made three dishes using flour I cooked some chicken breast with flour and I cooked fish twice and this this is the second time with flour but I usually just don’t even

Use the flour I got about this much flour remaining and uh tomorrow when I cook my chicken it’s uh just going to be flour free I don’t have potatoes um I’ve had ramen noodles as a side three times I had ramen noodles as a side three times other than that all of

My sides are always salad um just some kind of lettuce or it’s uh COA cooked or it’s a cabbage cooked or raw no crons none of that just you know Tomatoes but lately it’s just been a green salad is what it’s been lately just a green salad with nothing in

It and nothing on it except for you know um some dressing so the weight loss progress so that’s proof to you right there just how much I was I was eating it’s not necessarily how much I was eating although now I it’s a about portion control as well

But my diet before consisted of a lot of carbs bat carbs it was always bread there was always potatoes there was uh always pasta oh I don’t even eat cheese anymore so the things out of my diet no more cheese no more potatoes and and uh when I’m finished

With this flour there’ll be no more flour and uh no more junk food I I have peppermint candy the heart peppermint candies um I po maybe a couple of those a week and then I have uh my blackberries I’m also avoiding you know High sugary fruits cuz fruits have a whole lot of

Sugar and so when I have my blackberries it’s only is serving and I don’t have those every day I do not have those every day I am going to include blueberries and I am going to include pineapple for the uh health benefits from both of those but as I said it’s

Still just going to be one servant just one servant and I’m not going to have those things every day I’ll probably do it every other day kind of a thing so that’s the deal on that and uh last thing I need to make and then I’m going to sit down and enjoy my

Meal yeah I continue to where’s my other tail I continue to uh ride my bike I have improved I’ve gotten to the point where let me do this there I’ve gotten to the point where I can ride 10 10 consecutive miles is what I have been doing I have

Been riding the bike all along but for the past 3 days I have been riding 10 straight miles I’m not at a high tension I’m at the tension of six the tension is either six or seven on my bike set to that on my bike and so I’m comfortable with leaving it

There I’m not trying to in it at all and I just do my 10 straight miles and that’s it and anytime throughout the day when I you know feel stressed out or anything I just go ahead and I go ahead and I jump on it and uh

Yesterday I did a total of 12 plus miles it wasn’t consecutive I did my 10 consecutive and then later on in the day I wrote it for a couple of minutes here wrote it for a couple more minutes throughout the day so that’s the way I do

It and I am going to get back to uh just soon as I finished working on this other computer I’m going to get back to recording my rides so you’re going to be getting the five and 10 Mile rides regardless of how y’all feel about you know exercise videos it’s part of my

Life and so um my YouTube channel shares my life with the people and uh that’s what I want it to be sharing my life with the people and uh I might I’m not not might I’m not always going to be here but my videos will remain for a Time

So I’m not eating all of this I just like to have this full because this is also what I snack on this is my side dish and this is what I snack on I don’t snack on fruits and stuff when I have fruit as I said it’s um if

I’m craving something sweet if I want dessert but um I don’t snack on the fruit I don’t because I’m trying to get myself used to not snacking on something sweet if I want to snack on something I want to snack on something that is better for me even better for me than

Fruit and uh nothing wrong with a leafy green salad so I just keep this uh in the bowl so that it’ll be ready I usually just bring my dish to it my plate to it and scoop up some salad scoop out some salad and make a little lettuce bed and

Put my piece of chicken oh I I was getting said what the heck is that you know how the base of your salad it was the base of this up against that I was like don’t tell me cuz this salad is all nice and fresh I was like it better not be

Mold so anyway yeah that’s what I do would be this with fish or with chicken so that’s that’s all that I can fit in there right now okay so I’m just going to play it up my na I got a problem with bones even though the fish says it’s um

Even though the fish says it’s boneless I got a problem with eating fish so I usually don’t do mukbangs when I’m having fish because of the weird way I chew trying to catch all the bones so far in uh so far in this fish that I have

Purchased my leg so far in this fish that I have purchased I have only encountered two bones in the uh boneless filets so just a salad with some I’m not even sprinkling any garlic or any anything on same thing I do with my chicken just lay it right there on the

Top and I’m going to save this piece because I’ll probably have this tonight with some more out so go ahead and put that in the refrigerator here let me just move this all over it doesn’t make any sense to uh get a whole another dish in fact I’m just going to

Top This fish with a little of that and then put the close little around this side and also save the rest for the later okay so that is my this is my plate so anyway thank you very much for joining me here for this uh little cooking

Out why this T this uh K sace taste so much different and so much better it’s because it’s got the peppers in it the juice from the peppers so yeah I usually try to take my um acid reflux pill like a half an hour before but this particular pill the instructions say

You can take it several ways there’s a teeny tiny little piece of lettuce right there on on the mouse pad but every part of me wants to reach over there and knock it all it’s like every time I do a mukbang there’s always something a mukbang with a cooking video something gets

On the mouse beir and I go like this then the video abruptly ends it’s calling to me right now but I’m going leave it there got my hot CPP g g my hot G you guys know a lot of you should know that over the years I have collected coffee

Mugs I’m down to three coffee mugs um I choose my coffee mugs based on what’s happening in my life and what I’m feeling and I like coffee mugs that I like funny coffee mugs or coffee mugs that remind me of movies and times and places and things like this and this

Reminds me of that movie with um what’s called You Had Me At Hello uh with Tom Cruz andise elator so uh yeah and I held on to this one and one that a subscriber bought me that says uh Amazing Grace and then the other one looks a whole lot like

This it’s the same size has a pumpkin on it I can’t remember what what’s written on it but the rest of them I gave away because it was a part of my old life I had that one that said I don’t give a sip SI I SI and I found that at

Walmart I had that green one that said I’m not responsible for what my face does when you talk which made it way into several of my videos back when I was in connection rejection so that was the old life every new year I say goodbye to things that are related to my old

Life cuz every year I have a new way of living so I said that because CU I’m looking forward to getting out there and shopping again so I can rebuild my coffee mug collection and that coffee mug collection that I let go of I held on to those coffee mugs for several years

I think I collected those over the course of over the course of 5 years and when it came time to move here I’ve been at this apartment since December 20th so when it came time to move here I was really ready for a fresh start it was so much connected to the

Old life that I wanted to distance myself from and letting go of things has always been easy for me so I didn’t want to walk into this place feeling weighed down yeah when I get back to shopping and dart’s picking me up at my door J is the bus line here in

Texas I’m going to Ross I’m going to Walmart Ever every time I would walk into Ross I made a beon to the coffee mug so I was like soon as I get in the stor going to the coffee M see if they got coffee Ms that like before anybody

Takes and so I’m going get right on back to doing it they just have the best coffee M every now and then Walmart will have something good and people this video will probably end before I finish eating this me up because I ate my fish real I ate my fresh fish real

Slow I want no problems with bones I told you you don’t want to see me chewing the fish Like this my front teeth I see people pick the fish up they take giant bites and throw rice in their M take a bite of corn bed got all kinds of food in their mouth and still find that bone I can’t do it I know some people out there right now

They saying look at her being all fake she know she don’t eat that SL it’s cold in here I had to heat on I hear it or feel it and you know I like Taris sauce on my fish me and T sauce don’t get along like me and me and Is what’s happening up there in the YouTube Street I’ve been paying attention when the time is right I’ll talk about some of the stuff I see Freezing it right back I had to crank it up yep so people when you just change the way you eat and you just stick to it start replacing certain foods with other is whatever you start eating on a regular base or if you stick with it you just start craving

It so now instead of rice and potatoes I crave my salads I’m like I got to get me some tomato I want me a b Coosa I guess for the purpose of the mukbang I should just got the small piece of fish I’d be here all day trying to finish

This so when I’m rinsing off the foot fet of top tilapia I press into wherever it is split and all around the edges feeling for bones that was good nice and crispy h so I have a caesar dressing Caesar salad dressing on my salad Which also tastes very good on the fish don’t want my coffee to get cold it’s some good coffee so what I do every day is I go outside for a little walk yeah know I couldn’t really do that at the other place but over here like I say every day I’m going say

Most days I still got a lot of fish this was a big piece of fish though get this crispy piece right here oh that’s good I put some parsley some garlic powder and a little chili powder on this fish so when you saw this side that’s the chili

Powder that was Browning in the oil good good good yeah I like the peppers mixed with the um I like the peppers mixed with the um COA the Cabbage rather I have been buying that coold saw package for years and I never once thought to cook it until last

Week and as soon as I tasted it I was like this is like eating the egg roll without the ratp and I said I should make some egg R too late now you gave up the cars probably next month you’ll probably see me with um either some to status or some tortilla chips

I only going to buy one bag but I’m not going to have the cheese on top I’m going to have the ground probably ground turkey instead of ground beef and my tomato sauce m and also I ask have been practicing eating slower that was a big piece of

Fish I have been practicing eating slower to so that I would have less gas and uh be able to recognize we I’m full E and I don’t buy any chicken that has skin on it I’d rather pay a little bit more knowing that they have removed it to deal with all that I don’t want to eat the scin it just it’s too messy takes too long to clean clean it and all

That food stuck in my teeth but it is what it is all right chili powder M garlic pal for so got the door installed got the new toilet and salt this is so Good in a couple of weeks in a couple weeks they’ll be installing the uh the windows not sure why all three have to be replaced but I guess they have been doing bad repairs over the years and they told me all three of those windows are different and they said and they have

Repaired all three of them repeated before I got here so they had to do a special order to replace all three and know why day people I’m going finish this piece of fish I don’t know why they spend good money a special order stuff just to have people are not

Qualified to do the installation I tell you people already I’m looking forward to dinner I I get to have some more of this Fish my last meal of the day is always lighter than my first and people I don’t try to skip meals I do not but so far and this is a typical meal what you saw on my plate so far I only have room for two meals and when I have dinner tonight it’s

11:21 in the morning right now when I have dinner tonight it’ll be less food than what you saw here and I won’t even be that hungry come dinner time my dinner time on a bad night on a bad night I’m getting to dinner between 6:00 and 6:30 on a good

Night I’m getting to dinner between 4:00 and 5:30 it’s just what I’m used to and there’s nothing in here to snack on but salad I decided I’m not wasting money on celery sticks and carrot sticks cuz I ain’t going to eat them I’m not going to turn into a carrot

Stick or a celery stick for something to snack on but I will go to the salad I will go to those uh grape tomatoes heirm tomatoes I don’t keep anything in here simply because it’s healthy if I know I’m most likely not going to eat it

And I ain’t got no money to throw away like that I’m going to eat the Boneless I’m going to eat the boneless skinless fish and keep that in the freezer I’m going to eat the individually wrapped boneless and skinless chicken breast I’m going to eat the

Salads I’m most likely not going to be making the dressing all the time so I keep my salad dressings in there M it’s sad that that was the last piece the last bite I ha my Blackberry cuz they just so delicious So that took a while but I thoroughly enjoy eating that and I kind of like to eat fast which is really why I have always prefer some breaded fillet of fish you put it Between the Bread you put the T sauuce on it take your big

Bites throw a mouth full of french fries in so I have always enjoy eating fast and this kind of fish just makes me too nervous but it is quite delicious far tastier than a breaded fillet a frozen breaded fillet I would have liked to put some

Taris sauce on that a little bit of hot sauce and put it between two pieces of white bread and just enjoy the Crunch and the flavor but uh I’m a safety girl I’m not going to eat it like that anyway people I got food all in my

Teeth I have a workout I need to get too kitchen I need to clean up and since I cook fish I’m going go ahead and do a load of laundry is what I’m going to do take this blood pressure pill I’m late today people it’s 11:26 I I usually

Do all this by 8:30 and 9:00 in the morning but I’m late with it today was just a blood pressure pill and a acid reflux that’s all I’ve been taking off some medications and put on some the medications my coffee is uh just warm

Now but I still got some more in the pot and I’m going heat it up and enjoy it let me stop touching stuff with my fish fingers so anyway I will update you I will update you give you a health update talk to you about these medications cuz you know some doctors appeal

Pushes some doctors are pill pushers and uh you know there’s one pill that I only need to take for two weeks but you know it can f you up for the rest of your life and I you know I don’t take everything they give me and I will ask them because you know

When they give it to you you sitting there in the doctor’s office um and they give it to you there’s really no time to Google it and see what the side effects are so on and so forth and I’m like you know if this is only prescribed for a

14-day period Then how necessary is it I mean it’s not like I I understand an antibiotic but you know uh for other medication I’m like isn’t there some other way something I can get over the C that doesn’t do all this might not do all this cuz I’m like yeah uh anti-inflammatories

So far I’m not liking what they got to say so I rather you know try something else but you know that’s really the only pill that I’m I’m objecting to right now so I will take the cholesterol pill and uh I will switch my acid reflux to to this

One but as for the head doctor I he need to prescribe that stuff to somebody else cuz ain’t none of it going in my system only one of the pills will I consider to take and that’s take as needed in case a panic attack is coming on I will keep that

One but the rest of them he going to have to give them to somebody else who you know was probably uh into street drugs and will put any pill in their system that you know comes their way but not not for me and uh based particularly based on the side effects because I

Don’t feel that I’m having any issues I don’t feel like I’m having any issues that require that um yeah I don’t feel like I’m having issues that require that I mean you guys see me pretty much on a daily basis and I think only the hateful

People out there would say that I need uh pills for what the head head doctor has uh given me he can take those pills and shove them up his ass the one with that nasty attitude that he had when I spoke with him so anyway I’ll be requesting a new head

Shrinker cuz he and I are not getting along and uh you know me I’m thinking to myself you going to have to meet with me more than once we got to have to talk for more than 45 minutes before you gave me this so um people do your research on prescribed

Medications and know your rights and know that you can always request a different doctor um you can refuse to see a particular doctor and request a new one so on and so forth and understand that every problem is not solved with a pill every problem is not

Solved with a pill and don’t allow yourself to believe what people want you to to believe um there are certain things that you definitely have to take and the side effects could be very bad but you have to take them um there’s kind of No Way Around It you just need

To you need to do your research you need to ask your questions don’t be afraid to say well if I’m taking this and I already have these symptoms and this new medication might cause this that and the other doesn’t that mean that you know it’s just going to

Increase the symptoms that I’m already having I you don’t give somebody something that going to steal their breath away if they’re already having breathing issues you know stuff like that you just have to use common sense and not be afraid to speak up and ask questions because doctors don’t know

Everything they they aren’t the ones who make the pills they prescribe the pills but they aren’t the ones who make the pills they don’t know all the side effects to every pill they don’t know all of this stuff and even though um they’re putting it in the system to see

What might not go well with medications that you’re taking um that’s pretty much all that they’re doing but they’re not reading the list of side effects and realizing that okay I got some somebody here who is severely asthmatic and I’m prescribing this and this could really create a problem in that area I

Got somebody’s heart here whose heart is beating irregularly whether they got extra beats or too few beats or you know palpitation so on and so forth and this could just you know catapult them into a massive heart attack so you know we the that comes with the pill and uh do your

Research and talk to your doctor and all that if you are in a situation where um you’re paying for your medication then you can do your research before you buy it in my situation um it’s already paid for and sent on its way to me while I’m doing my research so you

Know that’s why doctors need to be a whole lot more careful with what it is they are prescribing whether it’s shortterm or longterm so and the Alternatives need to be to need to be discussed because you know um yeah you know how when you see the commercial it they’re telling you to ask

Your doctor about this particular pill and this treatment plan and then while the commercial is ending or while the commercial is going on you see these list this list of side effects and they’re saying consult with your doctor if you have lost of vision if you um can’t control your your

Can’t control yourself when it comes to urinating if you have difficulty in Walking if if you start hearing things I’m like why take the pill really why take the pill why take the pill so um don’t prescribe me anything with crazy side crazy ass side effects and one of my

Pills it clearly says that even if you’re taking this pill on a shortterm basis first of all it’s not recommended that you take it on a longterm basis but the longer you take it the the more uh you’re at risk of all these crazy things happening but it said that it these

Things that are listed Could Happen even when you’re taking it for a short period of time so your first couple of days of taking these pills all of these severe things could happen I’m like uh uh uh uh uh uhuh uhuh if I first of all I’m

Looking at it saying if I only need it for two weeks if I only need to take it for two weeks is for inflamation I’m thinking we can find some other way I only need to take it for two weeks it’s for information and it will also help with

Pain so I need to know is it more so for inflammation uh o I feel like I just walks it’s it’s the fumes so I need to understand is this more so for inflammation or or is it more so for the pain and I know a lot of the pain is

Caused from the inflammation so you know are you trying to get rid of the inflammation to decrease the pain or are you trying to get rid of the inflammation because it’s the inflammation that might be in other areas that you’re not telling me about and we need to hurry up and reduce that

Because um yeah it just sounds crazy to me it sounds crazy to me I’m thinking is there something over the counter that’s going to alleviate pain and um help me out with the inflammation I don’t know but uh I I just have no intention of taking this

Pill she going to have to tell me something Ser real serious in order to get me to take that particular pill and you know when your medication is free you don’t get the best stuff anymore so anyway that’s um I’m sitting right by the vent that’s the end of this
