7 oz of peppers haphazardly split between a yellow bell pepper, a bag of fresh habaneros, dried ghost peppers, and dried thai chili peppers; measured on a piece of shit analog scale
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped white onion
2 bulbs of garlic sent through a garlic press
Liquid:
1 cup (more like the whole small bottle tbh) of red cooking wine
1 cup and a splash of red wine vinegar
A splash of water for good luck
Seasoning:
2 scoops of cayenne powder, roughly teaspoon sized
Dried oregano, measured by my heart
Dried basil, measured by my ancestors
A couple shakes of the gluten-free sea salt
Process:
Put all of that in a slow cooker on low heat for 10 hours, stir twice and refrigerate for 8 more hours. Blend blend and blend again while reheating the whole batch on top of the stove because your dumbass only has a tiny blender meant for making protein shakes.
I’m letting it sit for about 4 days before I open it back up, but the excess that I diverted into a small squeeze bottle *lit me the hell up* from a small dab I took on my finger
