    If you want to make this a lot more filling for not much more calories you can make stuffed French toast ๐Ÿ™‚ I made these a lot month or so ago. Basically I took cottage cheese blended (you can use Greek yogurt as well) and added the sugar free cheesecake jello mix to it with some Splenda to make a kind of cream cheese-like filling. I added it to one slice and then to the other slice you can add whatever else you want. I made another filling with puree pumpkin and spices, I also did berries, jelly, PB and banana.. etc. they all taste great! Then you fold both slices together and coat it in the egg mixture and fry.

    The result has a LOT of added protein so you will be super full! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thereโ€™s also maple groves sugar free syrup-5 cals per 2 tbsp-and spray butter!
