Your body and a whole bunch that’s in between I get a lot of people ask me cliff what can I do as a healthy side that’s easy well nothing’s easier or better tasting than roasts and vegetables and this is one of the easiest roasted zucchini with a little olive oil and some spices

You’re good to go so the first thing we’re gonna do is we’re gonna just take two or three zucchini and we’re gonna quarter them into about inch maybe inch and a half quarters cut off the ends and depending how big they are you have to cut them once horizontally and the ones vertically

So now we have our carbs bikini we just add a couple tablespoons of olive oil on a sheet pan a little bit of salt a little bit of pepper and we just mix it together then we’re ready to put it in the oven 150 degrees for 30 minutes

I guess has been roasted it’s soft but it’s not mushy it’s got some nice little Brown to it you can dress it with whatever you like you can dress it with some people with dress it with Parmesan cheese or a little balsamic vinegar all right I’m going to dress it with a

Little bit of lemon juice so there you go some simple roasted zucchini you’re going to love it
