
Hello Fresh has been a disappointment but this situation is the worst of all.
I saved up my credits (from inviting friends) and applied it on my Jan 5th box. I reviewed the box payment to make sure the credit was applied – it was applied as a ‘promo code’. Today, I was charged the entire box’s worth of payment. No credit was applied.
I cannot contact support due to holidays. There is no way I am paying $100+ for a box I have been saving points for. Has anyone else experience a similar issue?

You cannot apply a promo code & credit at the same time. To use your credit, ask customer service to remove the promo.
