Neo flex, Timemore C3 hand grinder, and buffet were my Christmas gifts.

I had told my wife that maybe I could get into espresso if we move to a house with more counter space. So my wife completely refinished this buffet ($10 on marketplace) by herself. Now I’m pulling shots better than many of my local coffee shops already.

I was previously using an aeropress exclusively. The kettle was a gift a few years back to her as she drinks tea. I only asked for the grinder as I was using pre ground. If I had known about the flair I would have changed the grinder to the ES model for more grind options.

I also get to paint the wall and change out the mug hardware to go with the new buffet. But I’m more than happy about it all!

You can upgrade your C3 to have more settings for about $4. I found an upgraded adjustment plate on Aliexpress by a seller named “Jaffee Coffee Store”. Also, how is that instant milk frother working for you? I was considering buying one.
