Recipe:
Sear the shrimp 1-2 each side and then remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add 3 slices garlic cloves, 3 fillets of anchovies and 1 tsp of red chili flakes and cook until translucent. Add 1/2 cup of white wine and reduce. Add 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes and cook for around 10mins. Cook the pasta to al dente and add to the sauce along with 2 ladles of pasta water. Cook the pasta for a further 3-4 mins so the sauce sticks to the pasta (if you need more pasta water, add more). Finish with lemon zest, parsley and put the shrimp back in. Season with salt. Enjoy!
