Way too much meat in my opinion. Bread is the main part of a sandwich. The bread should like a sexy woman, and meat is her clothes. Mayonnaise as coconut butter.
Very little surface area when chowing down on the girthy lad. Your teeth would create block like meat cubes. Nothing but the surface is tasted. Inside remains an untapped flavour punch. Meat should have air surrounding the thin slice. It’s scent should marinade the air as you take a good gob full.

It’s just so, so much meat on these sandwiches I personally just can’t. I’d be done after five bites and chugging water all day. Really nice work though.
