i also have tapatio and other gringo sauce in the fridge by my work area, couple of wing sauces, chili garlic sauce, homemade chili oil and probably a couple other things.

You’re missing some Marie Sharp’s. The original habanero is great, but I’m a big fan of Belizean Heat. Sometimes I think about heating it up and eating it like a soup.

That Green Pepper Cholula is my go to – it’s not the one I talk about when I rec sauces to friends, but it’s the one I should be telling everyone about since I use it so much.
It’s like listening to Pavement’s Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain the most while telling everyone that Slanted & Enhanted is your favorite.

Torchbearer Garlic Reaper is spicy af and delicious. On another note, what is that Frostbite like? It looks more like a soda than a hot sauce and I’m intrigued.

Try Charman’s Fiyaberry. I bet it will be different than anything else in your stock. Its strawberry and scorpion pepper so its a perfect balance of sweet and heat. Its so good ill just eat it on some tortilla chips.
