The board (“plank”) looks like the classic ones we use for plankstek here in Sweden (at least since 70s), though not exactly as in picture… (a hot potato in the “cup” corner, then pressed potato all around the border, and meat in mid, and then put in oven together)
Though, I still don’t like it, as I always hated how it is easy to spill.
