

Hey y’all! I’ve been lurking on this sub for a while and have attempted 1200 before in the past but without taking into account macros. I’ve decided I wanted to challenge myself and reduce body fat % so here’s the first meal to that! My first time intentionally cooking chicken breast for myself as well as I’m more of a dark meat stan. The bowl was surprising really filling for the amount of calories! Let’s see if I can keep this up for a month.

I honestly feel like those veggies aren’t even the amount of calories you counted them as. Is that really 5 oz of carrots?
