30g fresh chilli
1tbsp fresh ginger
1/2 bulb garlic
1.5tbsp red chilli flakes
300 ml garlic/olive/vegetable oil

Hi spice lovers it’s your girl bring on the spice welcome to another YouTube video today I’m going to be sharing my very own recipe for the famous drum roll please garlic chili oil now this condiment is a bit spicy so you can use it to add some Ki and flavor to your

Cooking let me show you how to make it first you want to grind or finely dice about 30 G of fresh chili now I’m using Pui Pui but you can use any other spicy chili or mix different kinds of chili depending on the chili flavors you like

Then set that aside separately in a saucer or a little dish also I’m using my trusted mortar but you can use a blender for this or just finally dice all the ingredients next grind 1 tblspoon freshh Ginger that’s already been peeled I chose to slice mine into smaller pieces

So it’s easier to grind manually set that aside separately then grind half a bulb of peeled fresh garlic I cut mine into halves to make it easier to grind and you want to set that aside separately also on medium to low heat add around 300 mL of garlic oil olive oil or

Vegetable oil and let it heat up for about 2 minutes pour in the garlic and stir then let it simmer for a few minutes until it starts turning golden add in the ginger and let it simmer again until the mixture is golden brown but don’t let it

Burn then turn the stove off and pour the ground do pepper in a bowl then gradually add in the whole oil with the fried garlic and ginger then stir the mixture now add 1 and 1/2 tblspoon of red chili flakes to the mixture and keep stering weing until everything is incorporated or mixed

Together then pour the mixture into a clean airtight jar or container and store it lasts for several weeks if you store it at room temperature and it lasts for up to 6 months if you store it in the fridge you can actually oil on your pizza Ramen stir fry fried eggs rice
