Prepped everything last night for a dump & go morning – about to serve it up! I highly recommend checking this book out, there’s a ton of great recipes and some that are easy-prep options too!

    Base is minced onions, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, drained diced tomatoes, white wine and chicken broth. I added some smoked kielbasa (though I’m not crazy about the texture after – might add it in later next time?), pork ribs and chicken thighs. 8 hours on low, then I pulled the ribs & thighs out, shredded and added back in. Served with Parmesan crisps and croutons!

    I went a little heavy on the liquids and would scale back next time & increase my herbs. Otherwise, husband said it was good and the toddler cleaned his plate!

    ETA – forgot to list the tomatoes!
