guys in this video we are going to make Baba ghanoush. this is a world class recipe which has the attention of international food lovers.

is hardly take 5 minutes to make but you will enjoy the taste for lifetime. all you need to have is a eggplant.

first roast the egg plant on top of a electric stove or gas stove. after the egg plant is roasted then peel off the outer part. and then add it to a mixie jar. now you need to add tahini sauce, garlic buds, salt and pepper and some olive oil.

switch on the mix grinder for at least 2 minutes
and your ready to eat the most delicious Baba ghanoush dip. if you are a foodie you will definitely cook this and you don’t need to be expert in cooking this food.
