I found this in Korea at a rice bakery. It’s sweet inside (?syrup), crispy on the outside and very thin. I didn’t think to ask the store for the name. Now I’m out of the country and want to find something similar

Looks like baked oil-less호떡 small size.

Yeah, I was also thinking of gonggalppang. Thin and crispy, with a cinnamon sugar filling inside that turns into dry caramel.
