Using turkey ground because it is a lenina protein and it is going um coincide with the diet that I’m on currently which is high protein and low C s with that I like to season my meat with fresh cut vegetables and fresh garlic so what you have here is a
Mixture of onion and bell peppers and garlic along with that I do add powdered seasoning turmeric allpurpose seasoning salt and pepper the most dominant of course that you see is turmeric that’s the yellow I love using it because of the anti-inflammatory properties I use one can of crushed Tomatoes this particular
Tomato I got from Trader Joe’s which includes the um garlic herb in the seasoning already so more flavor more goodness who can complain instead of using water I do like to use chicken broth if that makes sense it just add more flavor to any dish or any kind of
Broth if you don’t you know if you’re on a veggie kick a vegan Kake you can always use um a vegan broth I do like to add add my vegetables at the end of the cooking time because I don’t like soggy vegetables and when I cook I cook for um
Meal prep option as well and you have to think about every time that you reheat your food you’re recooking your food so the more you heat it up the more it cooks and the more mushier your vegetables going to get so I don’t like
To um I add my vegetables in at the end of the uh the cook time if that makes sense so today I’m doing zucchini and then I’m going to add mushroom for extra protein again because my diet consists of high protein and low carbs I increase my protein because it keeps me Fuller
Longer and then it help me maintain my muscle mass from here I just add my simple marinar I did get it from Trader Joe’s very simple ingredients which I can appreciate I like to know what I’m actually consuming um I let this cook down for a few more minutes and it’s pretty much
Done the most difficult part about this meal is allowing the meat to Brown after that you can add take away whatever you wish add your favorite toppings add your favorite size if you want to add pasta to it go for it if you want to add bread
