    As someone starting 1500kcal, this is actually motivating that you can churn out this much food… I need to lay down the unhealthy dense foods.

    This is one of the best daily totals I’ve seen on here in terms of amount of food, amount of protein and getting in some veggies and fruits. Also, the cheese puffs! 😄
