Late night haul from Asda, some ideas would be greatly appreciated (there was about 15 still left didn’t take all, not greedy)

This is gorgeous and easy. If you dice the gammon and add it raw you will need more cornflour at the end. Otherwise, stick it in the oven until cooked through then dice into roughly inch cubes.

I also like to slow cook gammon with cranberry juice and grainy mustard. Cool then slice thinly for an amazing sandwich filling

Slice a cabbage and dice an onion, and stick it in the bottom of the slow cooker, pop the gammon on top. Adjust seasoning to your preferences. Serve in slices with the greens and mashed potato.

I am so jealous. Stick some in freezer and every few weeks slow cook one and finish in oven with honey mustard glaze. When cool Slice thin (I got a cheap slicer from Argos for this job)and store in airtight lunch box. Great to have to hand for sandwiches for the week, with Mac and cheese, on pizza, carbonara, in salads, toasties, way better than the shop bought packaged ham and cheaper. Bacon and cabbage, pea and ham soup,

Pat dry, Rub it with minced garlic to make it sticky, cover it with salt and pepper, skin side up in the slow cooker for 18 hours.

Remove from the slow cooker and place in roasting pan, carefully and peel back skin using a knife, scraping the fat layer off of the skin and meat.

Place the skin back on and place under broiler for 1-5 min keep an eye out and remove when skill has crisped.

Remove, shred and mix with some of the drippings from the cooker. I use it to make tacos.

Have you considered making gammon with it?
