One Pan Roasted Chicken and Potatoes Recipe | Chicken thighs and potatoes | baked chicken potatoes

Ingredients:
5-6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt OR to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper
3/4teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cuminseeds
½ teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5-6 garlic cloves
500 g chicken thighs and leg piece
7-8 Potatoes medium, quartered
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh thyme
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix olive oil and all the spices.
2. Place chicken ,potato and onion in the baking tray ,add marination and mix until well coated. Add fresh rosemary and thyme.Cover the bowl and marinate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 200°.
5. Roast for about 1 hour, until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are golden brown.
