I’m currently sick and have to eat at maintenance while resting (maintenance for me is 1480) so I’ve been looking for macro friendly desserts! This is so good, def recommend.
Ingredients-
– 31g protein powder (I used optimum nutrition vanilla ice cream)
– 5g unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/8t baking powder
-1/8t baking soda
– 1/2t stevia/powdered sweetener
– 30g fage 0%
– splash of unsweetened almond milk
Recipe-
Thoroughly mix together dry ingredients in a mug or small ramekin, then mix in Greek yogurt and splashes of almond milk until you have reached a thick batter consistency, then pop in microwave for 35 seconds (do not go over 40 seconds). Protein powder mug cakes dry out super easily and even though the yogurt helps with that it’s super easy to overcook, so trust me.
Transfer to a plate and you’re done! I topped mine with 1/2 serving Breyers carb smart brownie ala mode icecream.

This looks fuckin incredible for 208 calories
