Lukewarm water 100 ml

sugar 15g
  yeast 7g
Whisk until combine
to prepare the yeast
Rest 5 minutes

Ingredients dough
Warm milk 200ml
Oil 30g
1 egg 
Flour 500g(start low,add more if needed)
Salt 3g
Combine all together
Knead by hand for 5_7minutes
Grease the bowl with oil
Put the dough in bowl
Rest 60_90
Punch out gas
Spread and round like a ball
Divide the dough 8 parts
Round each portion like a ball
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
After rest
Spread each part well
Roll out long
Twist and shape each rolls
Put the rolls first in palm sap
Then put sesame seeds
Put the rolls in oven tray

Cover and rest for 20_30 minutes
Until the rolls is puffy and doubles size
 

Bake 20 minutes
18o °c
Or until they become nice
and golden brown color
