Hey everybody thanks for stopping by tonight we’re going Italian tonight I’m gonna be making up some chicken alfredo stuffed shells I’m gonna be using jumbo size pasta shells and we’re gonna stuff it with this mixture of chicken and three cheeses top it with more cheese and some chopped parsley it’s easy it’s

So tasty so let’s get started first I want to cook my chicken just add some olive oil to a hot skillet now I’m going to be using some thin cut chicken breasts we’re gonna cook this for about 78 that’s seven eight minutes I guess until the internal temperature is about

165 after your chicken is done go ahead and remove from the heat and just give it a good chop like you see here now let’s start our stuffing mix I’m going to add some mozzarella cheese some parmigiano-reggiano cheese romano cheese give it a good mix now what I want to do

Here is reserve oh I don’t know just a probably a third of a cup of this we’re gonna top ourselves with it later after it’s done add some garlic then add your cooked chicken add some ricotta cheese Give that a quick mix then what I want to do is I’m going to add an egg just to serve as a binder this is going to hold all this mixture together mix it really well until you have something that looks like this then go ahead and set that

Aside we’ll start our pasta to a pot of boiling water add a good handful of kosher salt key to great pasta as a jumbo pasta shells to the boiling water cook this for about eight to nine minutes after which just drained and cool now let’s start our homemade

Alfredo sauce add a whole stick of butter to a hot pan yeah I set a whole stick don’t worry it’s going to be alright then add some heavy cream and what I want to do is bring this mixture to a rolling boil Once your butter and cream has started to boil go ahead and add your parmigiano-reggiano cheese give it a good mix and once all that cheese is melted go ahead and turn off your beat remove your skillet from the heat it will thicken as it sits next just line

Some of your our Fredo sauce to your baking sheet and then start filling your shells like you see here fill your stuffing mix to the shells and just set them in the baking sheet and don’t that look good looks good enough to eat now then cover it with your alfredo sauce

Make sure it’s covered really well top it with reserved cheese I told you about earlier sticking in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes and guys there you go after it comes out top it with some fresh chopped parsley and some more cheese and there you go guys how about that

Chicken alfredo stuffed jumbo shells so delicious so easy I hope you give it a try guys if you like this video please hit that thumbs up and subscribe I appreciate it very much and until next time guys enjoy this dish and I’ll see y’all later bye bye y’all You
