no this is not groundbreaking but hot damn do I love my daily turkey sandwiches even more now! whole wheat slightly toasted, mayo, thinly sliced cucumbers and Campari tomatoes (both seasoned with S&P), spinach, white American cheese, and turkey.

When you can, try adding a fresh basil leaf or two with the spinach and swap the American cheese for brie. It’s REALLY good.
